Kenya Airways, for the third year running, has scooped the top award in the ‘Africa’s Leading Airline – Business Class 2015’ category at the World Travel Awards which came as a result of the airline’s success in their recent investment in its service delivery.

Kenya Airways claimed the prestigious coveted prize ahead of Egypt Air, Ethiopian Airlines, Royal Air Maroc and South African Airways which had been initially seen as better performers than KQ.

In recent days, Kenya Airways has been investing heavily in their products in an effort to improve the customer experience and the award, for the third year in a row, is a testament to the gains Kenya Airways has made in the past couple of years in terms of its aircraft and the services they offer their customers.

There has been tremendous improvement such as the opening of new lounges at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and the purchase of new aircraft, which has seen KQ establish itself as the youngest fleet in the region.

The airline’s business class, dubbed ‘Premier World’ offers exciting features such as full flatbed seats, laptop stowage, armrests that also act as privacy dividers, high-quality in-flight entertainment, USB port, power sockets and a wide range of in-flight catering.
