Leading Pay-TV provider, MultiChoice has lauded the huge turnout of new and existing subscribers being served at the ongoing service centres countrywide. The initiative is also part of its 20 year celebrations to help its viewers enjoy uninterrupted viewing during the Festive season.
The Customer Service Month, set to run between December 2015 and January 2016, will see GOtv service squad offer decoder accessories, decoder diagnoses, repair faulty decoders and also educate subscribers on do-it-yourself (DIY) self-help service techniques and much more.
“The Customer Service Month is in line with our mission of enabling families to enjoy the best digital television in Africa anytime, anywhere and on any device,” said Felix Kyengo, GOtv Kenya General Manager adding that all GOtv subscribers will have their decoders serviced for free.
Starting last week, all GOtv subscribers in Nairobi, Mount Kenya, Rift valley, Western region and Mombasa turned out in various MultiChoice branches and shops including participating supermarkets to take advantage of the on-going Customer Service Month.
Customers in Nairobi can visit Pipeline stage-outside JacMil supermarket, Spacelink Opposite Naivas Supermarket in Kasarani and MultiChoice offices in Westlands from 7th to 13th December 2015.
The Gotv crew will be in Kiambu County from 7th to 13th December at the Kangangi market in Kiambu town and Ushirika Complex in Limuru.GOtv_service-month
In Mombasa, the GOtv Service Week will take place on 7th to 12th December 2015 at Multichoice Office, Naivas Mall in Nyali.
“Our subscribers will also get replacement of faulty accessories like remotes and power cables for free,” said Mr. Kyengo.
The Customer Service Month is also part of the GOtv festive season promotion where customers can obtain high definition and quality decoders at discount rates and also stand a chance to win numerous items like t-shirts, decoders and subscriptions.
“The Customer Service Month will help remind our customers about our commitment to their satisfaction. Customer service is essential to successful business practice and growth and for us at GOtv Kenya the customer comes first,” said Kyengo.
Since 1996, MultiChoice has transformed and expanded its service offering across various platforms such as satellite, GOtv’s Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) and mobile to cater to the diverse needs of Kenyan households.
The company kicked off the celebration of 20 years in Kenya in October with a aim of staying true to its vision  of  enriching  the  lives of  its subscribers  by  surrounding  them  with  a  world  of entertainment
