Dry Maize Retail Prices Highest in Malindi

Dry maize retail prices were highest in Malindi where a 90kg bag was being sold at Sh. 3600 and lowest in Eldoret and Nakuru where it went at Sh. 2500.  115kg of Green maize on the other hand was being sold at Sh. 4800 in Mombasa and Sh. 1800 in Nakuru.  The table below summarizes the prizes of dry and green maize in various towns.

Finger millet and Sorghum on the other hand retailed at Sh.8,100 and Sh.4,050 consecutively in Mombasa for every 90kg bag while wheat was being retailed at Sh.5,000 and Sh.3,600 on Malindi and Nakuru respectively.
