Safaricom and Co-op Bank Top Movers of the Day

National Bank of Kenya was the top gainer of the day. The lender gained 9.52 percent at the price of 11.50 shillings per share. Sameer Africa Ltd came in as the second gainer of the day with 8.47 percent at the price of 3.20 shillings per share. Liberty Kenya Holdings Ltd, Williamson Tea Kenya Ltd and Flame Tree Group Holdings Ltd gained 8.00, 7.78 and 5.04 percent respectively at the price of 16.20, 194.00 and 7.30 shillings per share respectively. Diamond Trust Bank of Kenya was the top loser of the day. The lender lost 9.90 percent at the price of 182.00 shillings per share. Kapchorua Tea Company Ltd was the second top loser with 9.41 percent at the price of 77.00 shillings per share. Olympia Capital Holdings Ltd, Uchumi Supermarket Ltd and Mumias Sugar Company Ltd lost 5.56, 3.85 and 3.70 percent respectively. The image below shows how the losers shared the slots:
