The service centres are located at all Multichoice Offices in Kenya and select agents, and through select GOfundis. Four of the new centres will be located in Nairobi East, two in Nairobi West and another two in Mt. Kenya region. Three more centres have been opened in the Coast and Western Kenya region while North Rift and South Rift have each got one more centres.
“The unveiling of the new service centres is in line with our mission of enabling families to enjoy the best digital television in Africa anytime, anywhere and on any device. “The new centres will help remind our subscribers about our commitment to their satisfaction. Customer service is essential to successful business practice and growth and for us at MultiChoice Kenya the customer always comes first,” said Isaboke.
According to Isaboke, the service centres will also offer additional training ground for the existing 28 GOFundis and 154 accredited DStv installers countrywide.
