Kenya Airways Tops the NSE On Wednesday As Eveready Tails

Kenya Airways was the top gainer of the day at the NSE on Wednesday. The company gained 9.32 percent at the price of 6.45 shillings per share followed by Kakuzi with a gain of 8.62 percent at the price of 315.00 shillings per share.

Equity Group came in third with 3.70 percent at the price of 35.00 shillings per share. NIC Bank and East African Cables gained 2.86 and 2.68 percent respectively at the price of 27.00 and 5.75 shillings per share respectively.

Eveready East Africa was the top loser of the day. The company lost 5.62 percent at the price of 4.20 shillings per share.

Uchumi Supermarket and Liberty Kenya lost 5.45 and 4.50 percent respectively at the price of 2.60 and 10.60 shillings per share respectively.

Williamson Tea Kenya and Sanlam Kenya closed the top five losers of the day on Wednesday with 4.44 and 4.00 percent respectively at the price of 172.00 and 24.00 shillings per share respectively.
