Maize Retailing Highest in Kisumu and Lowest in Kitale.

A 90-kilogram bag of dry maize was retailing highest in Kisumu at 4,800 shillings and lowest in Kitale at 2,400 shillings.

Finger millet, on the other hand, was being sold as follows for a 90-kilogram bag: 9,600 shillings in Kisumu, 9,000 shillings in Mombasa, 8,100 shillings in Eldoret, 7,800 shillings in Kitui, 7,500 shillings in Nairobi, 7,200 shillings in Kitale and 7,000 shillings in Nakuru.

Different types of beans were being sold including Rosecoco beans and Canadian beans.

A 90-kilogram bag of Rosecoco beans was being sold as follows: 10,800 shillings in Eldoret, 7,200 shillings in Nairobi and Mombasa, 6,900 shillings in Kitui, 6,800 shillings in Mombasa, 5,500 shillings in Nakuru and 4,200 shillings in Kitale.

A 110-kilogram bag of groundnuts was being retailed as follows: 17,000 shillings in Kitui, 14,300 shillings in Kitale, 12,000 shillings in Kisumu, 11990 shillings in Mombasa, 11,250 shillings in Eldoret, 11,000 shillings in Nakuru and 10,500 shillings in Nairobi.
