Telkom appoints Dorcas Kombo and Jinaro Kibet as non- executive board members

Telkom has appointed  two independent members in auditing and corporate law to boost its board.

Dorcas Kombo, a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, an associate of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPAK) brings her experience in auditing and human resources consulting to the board.

She also worked at Deloitte and later at Coopers & Lybrand as an Audit Manager before the merger to form PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Jinaro Kibet, a Partner at TripleOKlaw Advocates in charge of Corporate and Commercial Law, is a senior Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and brings with him over 26 years of experience in private practice.

He is a member of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, the East African Law Society and the Law Society of Kenya.
