IEBC postpones repeat election in in Kisumu, Migori, Homa Bay and Siaya

Kenya’s electoral commission has postponed the repeat presidential election in four counties citing security concerns.

The counties include Homa bay, Kisumu, Migori and Siaya.

The repeat elections will be conducted on 28 Oct. said Wafula Chebukati the electoral chair.
