Teams have started streaming in in preparations for the second Super Cup tournament organized by the giant gaming site in Kenya, SportPesa.
Simba SC from Tanzania is already in the country for a tournament that is set to kick off on 3rd of June 2018 and expected to come to an end on the 10th of June.
Simba SC will be battling it out with Kariobangi Sharks from Kenya with a total of eight teams expected to take part in the tournament.
The tournament will have teams from Kenya and Tanzania with each country producing four teams. Kenya is set foot on the pitch through Gor Mahia, AFC Leopards, Kariobangi Sharks and Kakamega Homeboyz. Tanzania will be represented by Yanga, Singida United, Simba, and Jeshi la Kujenga Uchumi.
The winner of this tournament will pocket 3 million shillings, second runner-up 1 million shillings while third and fourth positions will go home with 750,000 and 500,000 shillings respectively. The quarter-finalists will have to smile with 250,000 shillings.
Who will go home with the three million shillings price? Only time will tell.
