Britam Tower continues hitting new heights after successfully making the shortlist of this year’s Annual Building Awards 2018 under the category “International Project of the Year”.

Britam Tower surpassed the UAP-Old Mutual Tower in 2016 to be the tallest building in Kenya with 200 meters off the ground.

Britam Tower, which has 31-storey and an exterior 15-storey silo for parking, was launched at a ceremony held on Friday.

The Building Awards are the industry’s longest running and most prestigious recognition of excellence, that allow companies across the globe to have their achievements held up as an example to the property sector.

This comes after the recent completion of the 31-storey building which has already seen new occupants such as Auto Express, Regus International, Attibassi Coffee house among others.

The International Project of the Year category will be judged on design, sustainability, innovation and construction performance.
