Madonna Celebrates 60th Birthday, What makes her Look 20’s?

Five minutes into any of Madonna’s songs will definitely get you shaking your head, tapping your feet with your eyes closed and before you know it, slowly swinging your waist as you drown life’s stresses into her soothing voice.
Madonna, the queen of pop music, has been a household name in the entertainment industry for more than three decades, since the 1980’s, and most of her music comes through for most when dealing with broken hearts.
At 60, Forbes Magazine has estimated Madonna’s net worth at 580 million dollars making her the richest female artist based in the United States of America.
Don’t cry for me Argentina, Take a bow, Material Girl, Papa don’t preach, La Isla Bonita! The list of Madonna hits is too long to place on this article as the celebrated pop star, actress, director, writer and mother Madonna celebrates her 60th birthday on Thursday 2018.
Madonna whose full name is Madonna Louise Veronica Ciccone is an icon who has performed on 10 concert tours selling at least 300 million records, making her the best-selling female recording artist of all time, according to the Guinness World Records.
Sire Records boss Seymour Stein, listened to Madonna’s demo while in the hospital and was impressed using terms as “the drive, the zeal, the ruthlessness” of the then, young Madonna who had gone to see him in his hospital bed to earn a deal with his label.
The holiday was Madonna’s first hit in the US breaking through to the charts in 1983 and rising to number 16 in January 1984 with singles such as Like A Virgin and Material Girl following.
Madonna has played roles in the movie, streetwise chancer, starred alongside Rosanne Arquette, a conservative housewife struck with amnesia.
One of her hits, Papa Don’t Preach, about teenage pregnancy, presented Madonna as fearless when it came to tackling controversial issues.
In 1989 Madonna separated from Penn, her husband, and released the hit single Like A Prayer, with a music video that showing burning crosses with the singer kissing a black saint. This attracted large vociferous protests drawing her once again into controversy despite which the album shot to number one.
1992 saw Madonna turn her hand to books, again sparking mixed reactions that ranged from rage to applause for her courage. She published the “coffee table” photo book, Sex, featuring Madonna in a number of sexually explicit poses, which included celebrities such as Naomi Campbell and Vanilla Ice.
Madonna is a mother to; Lourdes Maria, with fitness trainer Carlos Leon, was born in 1996, a son, Rocco born in 2000, with film director Guy Ritchie, and to four adopted children; David Banda, Mercy James, Estere and Stelle who are twins.
