Multi-Choice Opens Customer Service Branch in Kisumu County

Multi-choice Kenya has opened a branch in Kisumu dedicated to serving both DStv and GOtv subscribers in the larger Western and Nyanza region.  

The branch will be located at Al-Imran Plaza along Oginga Odinga Street and is expected to give subscribers a one-stop service point with comprehensive service delivery.

GOtv Kenya General Manager, Simon Kariithi, during the official opening of the Branch, praised the Kisumu County Government for creating a healthy business environment which supported wealth creation.

“We are delighted to expand our footprint within Kisumu County which is yet another milestone towards improving our service delivery in this region. The opening of this branch is a response to the feedback we get from our customers as we strive to shape our business to respond to customer needs. Customers are at the heart of our business and we want to improve their experience whenever and wherever they engage with us,” said Kariithi.

Kisumu Chief Executive (CEC), Trade Industrialization and Energy, Alice Moraa, who was the chief guest said that they were keen to improve trade and were glad to partner with organizations such as Multi-Choice that make a significant contribution towards trade and development in the county.

Moraa added that improving business was a key deliverable for her department and that it involved enhancing services for buyers.

Multi-Choice Kenya also surprised Kisumu County residents, during the launch, with a special appearance of the Maisha Magic-locally produced telenovela, Selina show cast who had traveled to serve customers at the branch.

The new branch brings to a total of 6 MultiChoice branches in the country.

Customers should expect to access a full range of services including payment of subscriptions, package upgrades and downgrades, decoder diagnostics, customer care support, software upgrades, repair or replacement of faulty decoders, consumer education, installation services and purchase of accessories.

The MultiChoice customer service center will be open from 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays, 9 am to 8 pm on weekends and 9 am to 5 pm on public holidays.
