Fifteen Chinese nationals have been arrested for engaging in prostitution by the immigration officers in South C, Nairobi, and are currently awaiting deportation according to the Immigration Department.

“15 Chinese were arrested by Immigration officers this morning in South C estate BROTHEL, it’s believed they have been engaging in Prostitution. They are being processed for deportation,” the tweet by the Immigration Department read.

Chinese seem to have taken over every field in the country from hawking, the hotel industry, and now prostitution! The Government seems to have changed its stance as it has previously allowed them to engage in all manner of activities largely disregarding the law.

This has come shortly after a Chinese national was deported following a video that went viral in which he insulted the presidency and Kenyans calling them monkeys.

He Zhifhang, a Chinese road contractor, was arraigned in court, one week ago, accused of operating an illegal tea processing plant without the required license from the Kenya Tea Board.

The Government has not relented on Chinese nationals without permits on its crackdown on foreigners who are in the country illegally.

This continues as Kenya still owes China more than a trillion in loans on infrastructural projects though.

As the Chinese continue to set base in the country for criminal activities, all eyes are on the Kenyan Government with obvious fears of triggering China’s wrath as the saying goes, you do not spit on the hand that feeds you.
