Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Nairobi will, from October 10 to November 20 treat guests to a new menu of savory dishes with a sweet twist as Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, its upscale brand within the AccorHotels Group, launches its ‘Chocolate on the Salty Side’ promotion.
The brand’s talented ‘food artisans’, in celebration of Swiss cuisine and the wonderful versatility of chocolate, have made Mövenpick chocolate the hero of seven dishes in its latest global campaign that will run for the stipulated period.
Each new creation offers up something distinctively flavorful and showcases chocolate in new exciting ways to guests dining at Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Nairobi – Baluba restaurant. Some of the dishes range from salmon fillets enlivened with dark chocolate to a savory tarte tartin with a white chocolate flourish,

Guests can finish their meal with a tempting ‘chocolate pavés au chocolat’, that combines milk chocolate, crispy cocoa bean fragments, sizzling pecan nuts, and slightly bitter matcha powder, all with a hint of green tea and paired with an espresso.
