Strategically located at the fast developing Ruaka neighborhood, a 20-minute drive from the CBD adjacent to the Runda, Rosslyn and Muthaiga suburbs lies the beautiful Alma residential development by Cytonn Real Estate.

Cytonn real estate launched the show houses for public viewing on 4th November 2017 and had a successful open day. Below is an update on each of the apartment blocks:
Block A is currently undergoing finishing on wiring and fixing of sanitary items with progress on ceramic tile fixing at the corridors being at 60 percent while Block B has finished with the first paint coat and is currently on the external with Block C on the finishes with a particular focus on the tiling works as roof works are also in progress with fixing of timber battens and purlins on the roof already at 30 percent as Block D finishes up with the keying of PCC at the corridor.
Block E is on progress with finishes and current works such as floor screed installation at 75 percent with fixing of balcony balustrades also ongoing at 35 percent while Block F’s external works are ongoing with the 2nd coat of external skimming at 90 percent and fixing of balcony tiles at 65 percent.
Block G is currently focused on finishes with testing of electrical conduits in preparation for commencement of wiring works ongoing. At Block H superstructure works are ongoing where the 8th-floor slab casting is at 100 percent and the 5th-floor masonry walling is now at 80percent while Block J, which is the last residential block in the development, has completed the 2nd-floor ceiling plaster in section 1 and with the superstructure works continuing.
All the social amenities are within the vicinity with major hospitals such as the Gertrude’s Hospital and Aga-Khan Hospital. International schools neighboring Alma development include Rosslyn Academy and German Academy.
Two Rivers Mall, the biggest shopping mall in East Africa and the Village Market are conveniently within reach which eases your shopping experience.
