There is no Need to withdraw money at an ATM to go shopping, carry the #ElephantInYourWallet to pay for your good and services at No Extra Cost.

By using the Co-op Visa Cards to pay for your goods and services, it saves you time since you don’t have to go to the ATM to withdraw money.

You are not charged any extra cost when you use your Co-op Visa Card to pay for goods and services and what is more, Co-op Visa Card is accepted at any merchant outlet that accepts Visa cards (hotels, supermarkets, hospitals, fuel stations etc.)

At Co-op ATM, you can do cash deposits at selected ATMs, account balance inquiries, ask for mini-statements, have your Card PIN changed, paying of utilities (KPLC Postpaid and Water Bills) and MCo-op Cash Withdrawal Services (Cardless Withdrawals)

Co-op Net (Co-op Internet Banking)

With Co-op Net, you can view, download or print account statements for all your Co-op Bank Accounts, start, stop or amend standing orders in real time, transfer cash to another Co-op account in real time, transfer cash to another local bank account in 1 working day and transfer cash to a foreign bank account in foreign currency.

You can also pay utility bills, for example, KPLC, DStv and Nairobi Water, make bulk payments, for example, salaries, dividends, loan disbursements, bonuses and supplier payments order cheque books and stop cheques.
