Over the weekend, I joined the Property Reality Company (PRC) for an open day for their new property in Kikuyu called Kikuyu Ridge Estate.
The company had organized an open day as a way of bringing together both new and existing investors and enlighten them on various investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
During the event, I could not help but notice the numerous state of the art structures that were coming up in Kikuyu, the majority of them residential.
It seemed as though people were increasingly moving away from the traditional Nairobi and seeking the cool and ambient life of the neighboring county of Kiambu.
