Home Afrika Emerges As The Top Gainer of The Day

The top five gainers of the day were led by Home Afrika followed by Carbacid Investments, Kenya Re-Insurance, Mumias Sugar Company, and East African Breweries.

Home Afrika gained 8.33 percent at the price of 0.65 shillings per share while Carbacid Investments and Kenya Re-Insurance gained 3.93 and 3.11 percent at the price of 9.00 and 3.98 shillings per share respectively.

Mumias Sugar Company and East African Breweries gained 2.78 and 2.42 percent at the price of 0.37 and 201.00 shillings per share respectively.

Kenya Airways, Uchumi Supermarket, Britam Holdings, WPP ScanGroup, and Equity Group were the top 5 losers of the day.

Kenya Airways and Uchumi Supermarkets lost 9.48 and 8.33 percent at the price of 4.20 and 0.33 shillings per share respectively.

Britam Holdings, WPP ScanGroup, and Equity Group lost 4.15, 3.77 and 1.96 percent at the price of 7.86, 11.50 and 40.00 shillings per share respectively.
