Late Billionaire Njenga Karume’s Grandchild, Michelle, Dies a Pauper

Michelle Wariara Karume, grand-daughter to fallen politician Njenga Karume has died of cancer after years of begging her family for funds.

Michelle Karume, a mother of one boy and a daughter to the late Joseph Karume and the late Jane Wangui died on Sunday morning, 15^th September 2019, at Houston Texas in the United States of America.

Michelle Karume who was born on the 11^th June 1993, 26 years, had fought cancer for over three years which had rendered her broke forcing her to seek to have her inheritance left to her by Njenga Karume, her grandfather.

Michelle’s parents who are deceased had left her with no one to help her get her wealth as court battles stretched to a point of seeing her lack any funds to seek treatment.

Michelle Karume’s Father, Joseph Karume, was a successful businessman who farmed at Molo and died on the same month in 2010 in a road accident on the Nakuru-Molo highway.

“They can’t pick my calls” Michelle Wariara’s last letter before she died on Sunday morning read revealing a nasty fight in the Karume family that began upon the death of the politician.

“Guka’s wealth did not help me when I needed it,” Michelle said in her final letter referring to the wealth left behind for her by Njenga Karume, in inheritance, while revealing that she had cancer she suffered could have been treated were it not for the lack of funds.

Njenga Karume was well recognized for his vast wealth which was expected to be a pillar for generations in his family only for the same wealth to painfully divide the family.

Njenga Karume’s wealth had been estimated as having been over 100 billion shillings by the time he died.

Michelle Wariara Karume has left behind a young son.
