This Is How Leaders From A Shithole Country Behave

In recent days, one is branded unpatriotic if he or she says something negative about Kenya. Being patriotic does not mean that you become blind to the ills flying around you.

President Donald Trump of the United States once described some African countries as “shitholes”. Africans were up in arms calling him all manner of names, but at the end of the day, Trump was right, he only failed to mention Kenya.

Kenya is a shithole country in terms of the “leaders” we have. We are a country led by fools who have no idea why they are in those positions in the first place. To them, it is “their money” that put them there.

Kenya is led by people who do not care about her. To them, Kenya is just a field loot public resources. Kenya is a minefield for them. They loot and take the loot to other countries, leaving the poor to eat themselves.

Kenya is led by people who have no trust in the very systems they impose on the poor. They take their children in other countries for schooling because the education system in Kenya is for “fools” and not fit for their kids.

Kenya is led by people who use the taxes paid by the poor to fly themselves to India, the United States, France, and other countries for treatment because the health sector in Kenya is in ICU. They fly abroad for treatment, take pictures of their posh rooms and hotels, post them online, as though to mock us and show us the middle finger.

Kenya is led by people whose wives and spouses shop from other countries such as Dubai because Kenya is too small for them. They have cash and can afford to shop “fine” things from around the world where the poor cannot reach.

When they become slightly sick, they fly to India, United States & other countries for treatment, then post pictures to brag, as if to mock us. To them, Kenya is only good for looting because even their cash is stored abroad & their kids school abroad. Kenya is just a minefield!

Kenya is led by a different breed of thieves. They still in cash then take the cash and hide it in their houses. The cash, therefore, cannot flow back into the economy. They steal and buy choppers and expensive cars. Nothing to benefit the common man.

Kenya is led by angry and hungry hyenas. Actually, we have always elected hyenas and when they start to eat the sheep we start wondering why. They have no regard for the common man. They are dangerous.

Kenya is a shithole country because she houses people with the shortest memory in the world. Our memory is shorter than that of a warthog. Currently, everyone is “wise” and blaming the Jubilee Government for being corrupt and for bringing pain to Kenyans.

Wait until it is time to vote. The same human beings crying and cursing the current regime will wake up as early as 5 am, take their sick out of hospitals, carry their frail and aging parents and take them to vote for the same regime.

King Kaka said we are fools. Yes, we are. Fools. Idiots. Ignorant. Pretenders. We pretend to be “tired” but in reality, we have no will and courage for a real “change.” We are busy blaming corruption because we have not been given a chance to loot.

Our rich and equally ignorant politicians know that we are fools. That is why, once in a while, they will crawl out of their palaces to interact with us and lie to us that they are one of us. They are never one of us. We are only good to them during the election. The rest is history.

They will come to us with Bible verses, thanking God for everything. It is obvious that politicians and the common man subscribe to a different God. Their God is different from ours. Ours often makes sure that we have enough ignorance, enough poverty, and maximum pain. Theirs often ensures that they have all they need in terms of luxury. He is not the same God I tell you.

Throw your stones. The fact remains, if we will not stop being fools, nothing will ever change. Stop voting for the corrupt. Stop praising thieves, rapists, and murderers. Stop entertaining mediocrity and letting idiots rule and control our thinking.

Simple question: Do you know your Member of County Assembly (MCA)? What has he/she done? Let us start from there.
