Why the Sharp Investors Tour by Cytonn Investments Should be Your Only Plan on Saturdays

By Rahab Mbiriti / February 21, 2020 | 9:47 am

Every Saturday, Cytonn Investments invites potential investors in the real estate sector to tour real estate developments by their development affiliate Cytonn Real Estate.

Since the majority of people don’t work during the weekend, most Saturday mornings for these people are usually spent lazing around in the house without any productivity.

Cytonn Investments, in conjunction with its affiliate Cytonn Real Estate, offers you a great and productive way to spend your Saturdays through the Sharp Investors Tour.

“The site visits target both investors looking to invest in real estate directly, and also those interested in high yield investment products to familiarize themselves with how we support the high yield returns,” says Cytonn Investments.

The Sharp Investors tour by Cytonn Real Estate covers four of its real estate developments, namely; Cysuites, Amara Ridge, The Alma and The Ridge.

The tour starts at Cysuites, a serviced apartment complex located in Westlands with 32 two-bedroom apartments, 6 one-bedroom apartments, and two penthouses that offer contemporary living and working spaces.

The bus then heads to Amara Ridge, a 1 billion shillings exceptional gated community development along Forest Edge road in Karen, which is 100 percent complete and handed over to their clients.

From Karen, the tour then heads into the fast-growing Ruaka neighborhood in Kiambu County to view The Alma, a 4.7 billion shillings integrated lifestyle development.

Finally, the #SharpInvestorsTour shall visit The Ridge, Cytonn’s Ksh 14 bn high-density mixed-use development in Ridgeways, Nairobi, featuring 800 units with options of 1, 2, 3 & 3 bd with DSQ or Studio apartments.

The Sharp Investors Tour is not exclusive for potential investors only. Cytonn says that college students currently enrolled in courses that lead to professions in the real estate sector can participate in the tour.

Cytonn has so far hosted college students from Mount Kenya University and Kirinyaga University in the Sharp Investors Tour.

The academic trips to the sites by Cytonn Real Estate are meant to provide students with hands-on experience and insights into the real estate sector and the entire construction industry.

To participate in the Cytonn’s Sharp Investors Tour, one is only required to register HERE where you fill in your details and choose a Saturday of your choice.

If booking online is a challenge for you, you can call 0709 101 000.

The Sharp Investors tour kicks off at around 10:oo am of every Saturday and pick up is at the Chancery which is located along Valley Road in Nairobi.

NOTE: The tour is completely FREE!!
