Co-operative Bank’s MCo-op Cash App is a mobile banking application that allows you to bank using your gadget in the comfort of your seat, while hanging out, even walking to your workplace. In a nutshell, it enables customers to access banking services through their mobile phones. The app can be installed on both Android and iPhones.

Visit any Co-operative Bank of Kenya branch near you for help. You will need your national ID number and account number to link your account to your mobile number.

How To Download the MCo-op Cash app
- On your Smartphone, visit Google Playstore or iPhone’s App store
- Search for ” MCo-op cash app”
- Click on “install” and accept the terms and download the app
An activation OTP PIN code will be sent via SMS. To activate your app, you can either dial *667# or use a mobile application. If you decide to use the USSD code, you should have at least have some airtime balance.

How To Activate MCo-op cash app
- Open the Google “Play Store
- Locate the “MCo-op Cash” app
- Click on the MCo-op Cash icon
- Hit the “Install” button
- Accept the permissions
- Launch the MCo-op app
- Log in
- Change the Pin
It is normal for one to forget the app password. When this happens, one has to change or reset their PIN.
