Dear Entrepreneur, Always Recollect, Reschedule, Restart And Revisit

KEY POINTS
Diversity is about what makes each of us unique and includes our backgrounds, personality, life experiences, and beliefs, all of the things that make us who we are.
Diversity is about what makes each of us unique and includes our backgrounds, personality, life experiences, and beliefs, all of the things that make us who we are.
Diversity is also about recognizing, respecting, and valuing differences based on ethnicity, gender, age, race, religion, disability, and sexual orientation. There are four different types of diversity: internal, external, organizational, and worldview diversities.
We are encouraged by motivational speakers to relentlessly chase our dreams and avoid giving up at whatever cost, whatsoever.
Impossibility is nothing and that nothing can stop a determined person from getting what he/she wants in life. So many people work hard but it takes quite a long for them to fully meet success. Yes, Success is a journey in which one will meet so many obstacles.
What should you do whenever you get stuck? Why should you keep on doing the same things over years and expect different results? What`s so unique about those that do better than us and seem to always outshine us in almost everything?
An entrepreneur’s mindset shouldn’t be rigid. You must always be open-minded and always ready to embrace diversity whenever circumstances demand so.
Ranging from technological aspects, Government policies, availability of raw materials, market demand among other factors, are what you should consider when making choices in the entrepreneurial sector. Every challenge that comes in form of an obstacle must be dealt with diligently because some decisions you take in this journey may remain permanent? It, therefore, calls for a lot of caution.
Don’t allow yourself to give up. However, if you apply a strategy and you realize it’s not working out, don’t take long insisting on your usual old way of doing things. Try other options. Remember that what matters to you is how get there and you finish well. Here is what to do;
Recollect
Reschedule
Re-plan
Revisit
Restart
a). Recollect; Some common synonyms of recollect are recalled, remember, remind, and reminisce. While all these words mean “to bring an image or idea from the past into the mind,” recollect implies a bringing back to mind what is lost or scattered. Active recollection is so important and powerful in learning due to the process of memory retrieval. While remembering, you re-access information from the past which has been previously encoded and stored in your mind. Essentially, the brain ‘replays’ a pattern of neural activity created in response to an event. This is so important in helping one figure out what and where exactly he/she went wrong.
b). Reschedule; To change the time at which something will happen.
c). Re-plan; To change an intention or decision about what one is going to do. It’s basically having a second thought on your initial detailed proposal for doing or working on what you intended to achieve.
d). Revisit; to begin or start something again after it has stopped for a period of time.
e). Revisit; Talk or think about your initial plans again, with the intention of improving on them. i.e. To examine or consider your plans again.
