An autopsy conducted on the body of former LinkedIn Africa boss Thogori Chege Karago has turned indecisive. Karago was found dead last week on Friday, January 21 in her hotel room on the third floor at Radisson Hotel along Waiyaki Way.
Police officers who were called to the scene said that when they arrived at the hotel, they found her room locked from inside. After getting in, they found the 33-year-old lady lying in her room that is when they called for an ambulance and confirmed dead at about 5 pm.
The body was moved to the MP Shah Mortuary, where the autopsy was conducted and pathologists said they detected blood clots in the brain, but they did not conclude it was the cause of the death.
Muturi Mbogo, Kilimani police boss said the results were taken for further analysis.
“Her samples were taken for further analysis, and we hope to get the results after two weeks,” said Mbogo.
“We found some medicine used to manage diabetes in her room. It is suspected she had a blood clot in the brain as per the pathologist.”
