The sea is an enormous body of water that covers more than 70 percent of the earth’s surface. Only about 5 percent of this underwater body has been explored, which means that there are tons of mysteries waiting to be discovered.

Here are some beautiful and amazing underwater things found so far. They are surprising and entrancing things that call the dark blue ocean home. From submerged vestiges and exhibition halls to exceptionally remarkable (and unpleasant) ocean animals, they make the sea quite beautiful!

1. Submerged Statues

A massive submerged gallery with 500 human-made sculptures, is located near the shores of Cancun, Mexico. Inquisitive voyagers can investigate the great accomplishments through scuba jump outings or glass- base boat visits.

2. Submerged Roman City

Off the coast of Naples, Italy, the lowered antiquated Roman remains of the depressed city, Baiae, rest. It is widely assumed that the city was destroyed by the same lava that destroyed Pompeii.

3. Old Wreckages

Submerged boats (such as the one below discovered in the Red Sea) are common in the sea. There are an estimated 3, 000,000 wrecks all over the world, with the oldest dating back roughly 10,000 years.

It is widely accepted that these fish can survive out of the water for extended periods of time, despite the fact that you probably wouldn’t want to run into one of them. They’re known to be extremely toxic.

5. The Sea Goddess

This bronze sculpture of Amphitrite, Poseidon’s wife, can be found off the coast of Grand Cayman Island in the Caribbean Sea. The sculpture, which stands 9 feet tall and weighs 600 pounds, was unveiled in 2000.

6. Artificial Coral Reef

Although it appears to be a lowered skyscraper high rise, it is actually a phony reef constructed off the coast of France. Its motivation is to advocate for natural reclamation as a component of the Rexcor project.

On August 25, 1965, the 9-foot-tall bronze sculpture was lowered submerged off the coast of Key West, Florida. It is the third model made from a unique shape that was used to create two different sculptures set in the Mediterranean Sea (1954) and the Caribbean Sea (1956). (1961).
