Breaking: Schools To Reopen On August 18

School reopening dates have been changed again. Schools will now reopen on August 18, 2022 and not on Monday as earlier communicated.

Education CS George Magoha has announced that schools were to reopen on August 10, changed the same to Monday and now has been changed to August 18.

The change of reopening dates has been occasioned by the ongoing presidential election tallying process that is ongoing at the Bomas of Kenya.

The Ministry of Education says it is waiting for the IEBC to make the final announcement on the new President of the Republic of Kenya set for Tuesday before deciding on the way forward.
