TSC Has Released New TPAY Terms And Condition For Teachers

T-Pay is an online service provided by TSC that allows teachers registered under the commission to access their online payslips.

To enjoy the services offered on the portal, you only require the Teachers Service Commission number and password that you will use to log in to the system. Also, note that the service is offered free of charge.

The Teacher Service Commission, TSC, developed the online T-Pay application platform for employees and Third-party firms to transact check-off deductions. The application has enhanced efficiency in the management of Third-Party checks of the facility.

T-Pay is an online service provided by TSC that allows teachers registered under the commission to access their online payslips. To enjoy the services offered on the portal, you only require the Teachers Service Commission number and password that you will use to log in to the system. Also, note that the service is offered free of charge.

To access your online payslip, you need to complete the registration process to be issued the TSC number. Initially, the process was conducted online. However, teachers need to visit the local TSC county office and present their national ID and other required documents.

  1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The Commission makes T-Pay service available to you on the terms and conditions set out hereunder. This is a service created for the convenience of the all-Teachers Service Commission (TSC) stakeholders.

If you continue to browse and use this system you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. TSC may modify this document at any time, and you agree that such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified document.

You agree that by using T- Pay after any such modifications, you will be deemed to have reviewed, agreed to, and accepted the modified document. You agree that you will not intentionally provide false information when accessing or using the T-Pay system.

You also agree that you will not falsify, forge, or otherwise tamper with any information as appears on the system.

  1. Security of Your Personal Information

While no web system can protect itself against all eventualities, every effort is made to protect any sensitive personal information you give us. We will not rent, sell or give away any information identifying you individually (name, address, phone number, etc.) to a third party for marketing or mailing list purposes without your permission.

We will also not disclose your payment information, except for purposes related to your third-party (loan, shares, etc.) transaction, with your permission, or as required by law.

Any transaction on T-Pay is initiated by the teacher/user who sends their payslip to any third party that they wish to seek financial assistance, users are therefore discouraged from sharing their passwords with anyone as mechanisms provided within the system for data exchange are adequate and foolproof.

  1. Service availability

It is impossible for the Commission to ensure that the services are provided to you at all times or at any specific time or will be able to operate at all times error-free. After-hours provision of services is influenced by the availability of related computer systems.

The Commission makes no warranties in regard to the availability of services but all reasonable efforts will be made to provide the best possible service to you. Notices regarding planned system outages will be communicated in advance.

  1. Collection of Personal Information

The Commission does not release any information about the collection of IP addresses to any third party, except under court order or as required by law. The system maintains logs of user activity in order to help us manage the system.

The Commission may use this information to learn how many users logged into the system at a particular time and other facts that will help us improve the website and the services we offer.

  1. User ID and Password.

Your unique Number shall be your TSC or National ID or any other number provided by the Commission, User Name and Password are very important pieces of information and it is your responsibility to keep them secure. You agree to:

  1. Choose a new Password whenever you are required to do so.
  2. Do not disclose your Password to any other person, including family members.
  3. Take reasonable care when accessing the service to ensure that your Password is not disclosed to any other person.
  4. If you suspect that someone may know your Password, change it immediately or visit the nearest TSC office and seek assistance or email the support team at tpaysupport@tsc.go.ke.
  5. Access to T-Pay

Your access to T-Pay will be denied if you:

  1. Provide incorrect identification information.
  2. Alter any downloaded or printed information, forging of payslips to enhance one ability so that you acquire financial assistance from third parties.
  3. A third-party institution (Sacco, Bank, etc.) is requested to make any adjustment or stop a transaction to facilitate e.g., a buy-off, and the same is not actioned within 3 working days.
  4. As a third-party institution is found in possession of users/teachers’ User Name and or Passwords or is found requesting users/teachers for their User Name and or Password.
  5. As a user or institution engage in any activity that may compromise the integrity of the system or impair its functionality.
  6. As a user do not access your account for a duration of three months.

User Rights

  1. The Commission reserves the right to deny or revoke access to the system where justified.

Liability

  1. TSC will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
  2. Users are solely responsible for any damage
