A Weekend Full Of Golf As NCBA Golf Series Dominates Schedules

As the world continues with an “international break” in terms of football, NCBA Bank decided to make this weekend a “Golf Weekend” with two major events going down both in Kakamega County and in Nairobi County. It is going to be a weekend full of activities.
The major event of the NCBA Gold Series will take place at Karen Country Club in Nairobi this weekend. The lender is also sponsoring the Kenya Amature Golf Championship (KAGC) going down in Kakamega. KAGC enters its 11th leg at Kakamega Gold Club.

In Kakamega, the three-day action has already attracted about 60 top leading Amateurs sponsored by NCBA Bank and Skyward Express. This is one of the ongoing 26 series organized by the Kenya Golf Union (KGU).
The amateurs will be playing 18 holes in each of the three days to also earn points for the World Amateur Golf Ranking as well as contributing to the Kenya Amateur Golf Champion, and Club Trophy Rankings. They will play in the first two rounds after which the top 33 and ties will make the cut to the final round on Sunday.
