Tamima has launched PAMBA a wisdom & wellness platform designed towards positive life transformation through a community of changemakers that support you.
“This is purpose in action; I have created a physical space beyond a TV show where people can come learn from experts and connect with a community of like-minded individuals. PAMBA is for anyone looking to transform their lives positively toward physical, mental, and social well-being. It is designed to be a safe and nurturing space that not only teaches but also provides tools to facilitate greater problem solving for mental wealth, healing, better connection, and flow in this journey called life,” said Tamima.
“PAMBA has three pillars for coaching and support. First, Under Construction promotes self-work towards actualizing your highest version. Second, Love Sanctuary that focuses on healing and nurturing relationships. Third, Master Your Money which teaches principles of wealth building,” she added.

A World Health Organization report ranked Kenya the fifth among African countries with the highest number of depression cases. Mental health experts have made an estimation that 1 in every 4 Kenyans may be suffering from a mental health-related issue, ranging from mild to severe disorders.
The World Health Organization defines health as the state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not just the absence of disease. It entails successful mental performance which would result in productivity, fulfilled relationships with other people, improved physical health, and the ability to cope with the normal stresses of life. All these result in an improved quality of life with good social relations.
