Lasbery Chioma Oludimu is a trailblazer in the African fintech and legal landscapes, making waves as one of the few women in a space dominated by men. According to an article on Techipedia, in 2023 women held roughly only 14% of leadership positions in the tech industry. While much has been done for the advancement of women in tech, there is still so much more to be done.

Navigating a male-dominated industry, Lasbery stands out as a role model for women in both the tech and legal fields. In her current role, she serves as the Assistant General Counsel and Chief Data Protection Officer at Yellow Card. In addition, she is also a member of the Executive Team.

She continuously supports and advocates for more women in leadership roles, providing guidance to newcomers in the industry and creating a welcoming atmosphere that appreciates differing perspectives and backgrounds.
