President William Ruto has finally fired Public Service Cabinet Secretary Justin Muturi in a mini-reshuffle of his Cabinet on Wednesday. Muturi and President Ruto have been at loggerheads ever since Muturi accused President Ruto of turning a blind eye to abductions.
At the same time, President Ruto moved Deborah Barasa from the Ministry of Health to the Ministry of Environment and replaced her with Aden Duale. Ruto has also nominated Geoffrey Ruku as Public Service CS.
