Superior Homes Bets on Nairobi’s Expanding Metro with KSh 3 Billion Northlands Residential Development

Superior Homes Kenya has broken ground on a KSh 3 billion residential development in Ruiru, Kiambu County, reinforcing confidence in the continued demand for housing within the larger Nairobi metropolitan area.

According to the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS), Kenya’s housing market continues to face a significant supply gap. The country is in need of approximately 260,000 housing units each year, yet annual delivery remains below 60,000 units, creating sustained demand for new residential developments.
