Family Bank has opened its 98th branch at Beacon Mall in Upper Hill, further reinforcing its commitment to expanding its footprint in strategic markets while bringing accessible and convenient banking solutions closer to customers.
The new branch strengthens Family Bank’s presence in one of Nairobi’s key commercial and business districts and will serve the growing number of corporates, professional services firms, institutions, SMEs and individuals in Upper Hill.
The expansion of the Bank’s footprint is part of its continued execution of its five-year strategy, with a focus on operational excellence, digitisation and customer experience.
“Our 2025–2029 strategy is anchored on sustainable growth, stability and profitability, with strategic expansion playing an important role in delivering on this ambition. Our approach goes beyond growing our physical footprint; it is about strengthening our ability to serve customers through compelling propositions, digital solutions and operational excellence. The opening of our 98th branch in Upper Hill signals our continued investment in Nairobi’s business community and our commitment to bringing banking closer to our customers,” said Family Bank Chief Executive Officer Nancy Njau.
As part of its ongoing transformation, the Bank continues to invest in digital capabilities, infrastructure and its people to enhance customer convenience, improve operational efficiency and deliver more seamless banking experiences.
