NCBA Group Deepens Digital Transformation Journey with End-to-End Motor Insurance on the LOOP App

NCBA Group has introduced a fully integrated private motor insurance solution on the LOOP App, enabling customers to compare quotes, complete underwriting, purchase cover, renew policies, and access policy documents within a single platform.
Developed through a collaboration between NCBA Group subsidiaries LOOP DFS and NCBA Insurance, the solution reflects the Group’s commitment to simplifying financial services through technology and creating seamless customer experiences across its digital ecosystem. The launch underscores NCBA Group’s commitment to embedding additional financial services within digital channels that customers already use. Beyond enhancing convenience, the initiative supports broader efforts to increase insurance uptake in Kenya, where penetration remains low at approximately 2.4%, demonstrating the role digital platforms can play in improving access to protection solutions.
“At NCBA Group, our digital transformation journey is centered on delivering solutions that make financial services simpler, faster and more accessible. This collaboration between LOOP DFS and NCBA Insurance demonstrates the strength of our integrated ecosystem in bringing essential services closer to customers.
By enabling customers to complete the entire private motor insurance journey within the LOOP App, we are simplifying a process that has traditionally required multiple touchpoints and significant paperwork. This solution brings together the strengths of NCBA Group’s digital and insurance capabilities to make protection more accessible, convenient and seamless for our customers.”
Stella Njung’e, Managing Director & CEO, NCBA Insurance
