CFAO Mobility Kenya takes over management of Case IH in Kenya, strengthening support for farmers and agribusinesses

Case IH, a global leader in agricultural equipment and mechanization solutions, is now being managed by CFAO Mobility Kenya Limited, effective 1 October 2026, following an internal reorganization within the CFAO Group.
The transition is designed to strengthen Case IH’s platform in Kenya while ensuring continuity for customers, employees and business partners. Customers’ existing orders, relationships and points of contact remain unchanged, with the experienced Case IH sales and technical teams continuing to support customers across the country.
The move also brings Case IH into CFAO Mobility Kenya’s established nationwide network, operational capabilities and aftersales infrastructure, creating an opportunity to further strengthen access to parts, technical expertise, service support and customer care.
“Case IH is a natural extension of our business and our commitment to providing solutions that help our customers perform better. We have traditionally helped Kenya move people and goods; with Case IH, we can also help power the farms, businesses and agricultural enterprises that feed and drive our economy,” said Arvinder Reel, Managing Director, CFAO Mobility Kenya.
“For us, this is about much more than adding another business to our portfolio. Agricultural machinery is a productivity asset, and our responsibility is to ensure that customers receive the support they need throughout the life of their machines. Parts availability, technical expertise and responsive aftersales service are fundamental to customer success,” Mr. Reel added.
The transition comes at a time when agriculture remains central to Kenya’s economy and when farmers, contractors and agribusinesses are increasingly seeking productive, reliable and technologically advanced mechanization solutions.
“This transition reflects CFAO’s commitment to responding to the evolving needs of Kenya’s economy. Agriculture is a critical sector for the country’s growth, employment and food security, and bringing Case IH under CFAO Mobility strengthens our ability to support farmers, agribusinesses and the wider agricultural value chain,” said Amb. Dennis Awori, Chairman, CFAO Group Kenya and Country Delegate.
Case IH has been present in Kenya and with the CFAO Group since 2014, building an established customer base across the country’s key agricultural regions. The brand supports farmers, agribusinesses and agricultural contractors with tractors, implements, precision farming solutions, technical expertise and aftersales support.
The Case IH team will continue to serve customers through the transition, maintaining the relationships and technical knowledge built over more than a decade in the Kenyan market. Customers can therefore expect continuity in their existing engagements, while benefiting over time from the broader capabilities and infrastructure available through CFAO Mobility Kenya.
With Case IH now part of CFAO Mobility Kenya’s portfolio, the company will focus on building a stronger long-term platform for agricultural mechanization in Kenya—supporting customers not only when they purchase machinery, but throughout the productive life of their investment.
