MultiChoice unveils new packages, prices for DStv, GOtv

MultiChoice Group, a Canal+ Company, has today introduced its most significant product update in years, bringing more of Africa’s greatest entertainment live to subscribers from 5 November 2026.

The new line-up introduces four DStv packages: DStv Starter at KES 750, DStv Select at KES 1,500, DStv Sports at KES 3,000 and DStv Ultimate at KES 7,300, and is designed around how customers watch today, with clearer choices, more accessible content and more value across the line-up.

For the first time, some of DStv’s most desired content will be available at significantly more accessible price points.

DStv Starter with up to 116 channels has Maisha Magic Plus, Maisha Magic Loko, Maisha Magic Poa, Cartoon Network, Disney Junior, La Liga, Novela+, Pearl Magic, Movie Legends, Local FTAs channels and a new channel – SuperSport KICKOFF. SuperSport KICKOFF brings selected live matches of the Week from the biggest leagues in the world, like the Premier League.

DStv Select offers up to 149 channels with a wide variety of entertainment for the whole family, including refreshed blockbuster movie channels, local and international series, a selection of fantastic football and other sports, lifestyle, religious and all the kids’ channels.

DStv Sports, with up to 159 channels, becomes the first pack with ALL Premier League and UEFA Champions, Europa and Conference Leagues, WWE, UFC for all the sports fans. Alongside all this amazing sporting action, DStv Sports also includes the general entertainment channels on DStv Select, proving that Expect More isn’t just a new brand tagline, but also a tangible promise through DStv’s new content offerings.

DStv Ultimate with up to 180 channels remains DStv’s most comprehensive premium offering, combining everything in the Sports and Movies & Series packages with additional premium sport, including Formula 1, MotoGP, Cricket, rugby, ATP tennis and golf majors.

The new packages are also available on DStv Stream.

The new packages are part of the DStv Expect+ Campaign, with hardware prices – HD decoder and satellite dish retailing at KES 1,500 and an installation fee of KES 500 from November 5^th, 2026.
