WP offers recruitment services in the three ways outlined below.
1.Temporary Employee Services
This service is for our clients who have work to be done in a short period of time. These periods can be for as little as one week to three months. Temporary contracts are renewable at the end of the three months up to a limit of one year. Temporary employees are eligible for permanent placement after a period of no less than three months WP does not provide temporary employees for more than one year. Please see section
2. Temporary to Permanent Services
To ensure quality of service provided by WP, we always recommend this service to companies seeking to employ permanent employees. This service allows the client to take an employee on a three month, risk free trial basis. An employee can prove in this time whether he/she can perform their duties effectively and in a satisfactory manner before being offered the permanent position thus eliminating the risk of employing an unsuitable person for the position. WP will replace these employees for free if they cannot satisfy client needs within the three months trial period. While the employee is within the trial period, they are subject to the temporary employee service requirements detailed above.
3. Contract Employee Services
This service is tailored for clients who require employees for periods lasting over six months and do not want the commitment of hiring them permanently. It enables clients to acquire employees for the duration of the contract at an all inclusive contract price. The package covers all recruitment, service, management and employee payroll.

Cutting Recruitment Costs: We provide work ready temporary, contract and permanent workers on demand. Utilizing WP services reduces the various financial and time costs and effort expended towards this endeavour by your recruiting department. WP eliminates the need to advertise in newspapers and other forms of media for vacant posts which is a costly exercise.
Reduced Risk of employing unsuitable individuals: The costs of employing the unsuitable individual are astronomical, particularly after going through a long and costly recruitment process. Replacing this individual will cost a firm further time, money and effort which would not have been incurred by using WP as we supply free replacements for unsuitable WP supplied employees.
No payroll costs: WP shoulders the HR burden of all supplied temporary and contract employees including payroll and benefits costs such as NSSF, NHIF, and other medical benefits.
Ease in permanent placement process: We will allow client companies to employ any temporary or contract workers on a permanent basis in the event that the client is impressed by our workers. This enables a simulation of a trial period for evaluating an individuals suitability to an organization before making the decision to hire them.
Sustained production: Because temporary workers are provided upon request, continued production is ensured in the event of employee absence due to several factors which may result from: seasonal employment trends, maternity leave, employees on holiday and medical related absences for example.
Easy contract termination: Terminating a temporary employment contract is as easy as saying you dont need the person(s) anymore, as all temporary and contracted employees provided by us remain in our employ throughout their assignment. There are therefore no firing costs or severance package costs when an organization decides to downsize its staff.
