Secondary Market: Trading in the secondary market decreased during Thursday’s trading session. Bond turnover declined to KES 1.01 billion from KES 2.59 billion on Wednesday.
Money Market: The shilling shed 0.19% against the dollar as increased dollar demand from energy and manufacturing sectors exerted pressure on the shilling in a bid to make payments before the Easter holidays, touching a low, last seen in 2011.
