ABC Capital has been a member of the Nairobi Securities Exchange since its inception in 1954 (then known as Crossfield Securities Ltd). The brokerage was acquired by African Banking Corporation Limited (ABC Bank) in 2008, to meet its customers’ needs.

ABC Capital offers a variety of solutions ranging from Individual Share Trading needs, Portfolio Management, Corporate Finance Services, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Placement amongst others. ABC Capital has proven developed competencies in the capital markets. ABC Capital was a joint lead adviser for the just concluded ABC Bank Private Bond 2019 (issued in May 2014), which was oversubscribed by 57 percent.
