National Bank Launches Premium Banking Services in Nyeri County

National Bank of Kenya officially launched its National Premium Banking services in Nyeri County targeting high net worth customers on Friday.

Speaking at the launch, National Bank Managing Director and CEO Mr. Wilfred Musau said the new offering will provide the Bank’s high net worth customers an opportunity to enjoy distinctive customer experiences and excellent banking services.

“Our premium customers in Nyeri will now enjoy the services of our dedicated relationship managers coupled with specialized and personalized customer experience to provide the necessary financial advice,” said Mr. Musau adding that premium banking was key in the bank’s growth strategy.

The National Bank’s premium banking targets to recruit salaried individuals with a minimum net income of 200, 000 shillings and above and gross basic pay salary of 350,000 shillings and above.

“Our premium bank account holders will be provided with free ATM cards at no charges on withdrawals in our machines, a cheque-book, banker’s cheque, and RTGS transfer. The account holders will also have access to platinum international debit cards and credit cards that guarantee unparalleled privileges around the world,” said National Bank Director of Retail Banking Cromwell Kedemi.

Other benefits to premium banking customers include access to exclusive premium lounges equipped with top-notch furnishings for your comfort and also all the necessary equipment to provide ease to your banking experience; travel benefits; and distinctive rewards and loyalty programmes.

In addition to the launch of the Nyeri Premium Branch, the Bank has premium branches in Nairobi, Mombasa, Eldoret and Kisumu regions.
