36 Dead, 18 Injured Following a Fatal Accident at Migaa
At least 36 people were confirmed dead and 18 others critically injured after a Nairobi-bound bus collided with a truck at Migaa along the Nakuru-Eldoret highway in the 3AM accident.
According to the Rift Valley Traffic Enforcement Officer Zero Arome, the bus belonging to Matunda Bus Company from Busia collided head-on with a truck.
The accident occurred 3 kilometers from a scene that claimed 20 lives on December 12.
The fatal accident occurred hours to the new year, bringing the number of deaths to more than 300 in less than a month.
