KNEC Deadline For Teachers To Apply For Exams Invigilators And Supervisors, How To Apply

Teachers have till 18th October 2022 to register with the Kenya National Examination Council, KNEC, if they wish to work as invigilators and supervisors in the upcoming national exams.
Teachers were also ordered to attach a number of documents and details during online registration. The sub-county directors must nominate teachers who will mark the exams this year, according to a circular released by the Teacher Service Commission, TSC.
These include invigilators, supervisors, and center managers who will help in the administration of the 2022 national exams. Teachers are required to use the link http://cp2.knec.ac.ke to register for invigilation. The examiner has warned of late registration of candidates asking school heads to keep time.
KNEC said preparation for the 2022 KCPE/KCSE examinations is ongoing and all systems have been put in place to ensure that the examinations are conducted successfully.
KNEC automated the management of contracted professionals across the various functional business areas with a view to improving efficiency and accountability.

The system complements the current declarations forms that are signed and filled by all the personnel involved. In addition, contracted professionals’ data requested is stored in a central database for ease of management.
All Contracted professionals are required to submit their details through the platform and apply for jobs/Vacancies based on the roles they play during the administration of various examinations in regards to the supervision, invigilation, and management of each specific examination.

- Click the link: Create Account. You will receive a message confirming that the login details (user name and password) as well as the link to access the CP2 system have been sent to the phone used for creating the account.
- Confirm receipt of the login credentials from the phone number used to create the account.
- Refer to the user manual for comprehensive guidelines on registration, system access, filling in details, application for a vacancy, and submission of your details.
