The NCBA Now App has endless possibilities for both individuals and businesses. Apart from allowing for deposit and withdrawal of funds, it also allows one to pay bills, as well as invest in Unit Trusts among others.

And now, NCBA Bank is awarding customers who use NCBA Now for their daily transactions. Every transaction that one conducts, puts them on the way to winning instant prizes from the Kenyan lender.

For those yet to migrate to the amazing NCBA Now App, here are some simple steps:

  • Log in to your NCBA Mobile App

  • Select “Upgrade Now”

  • You will receive a confirmation of a successful upgrade

  • Download and install the new app.

Now, how do you activate the NCBA Now App?

Easy.

  • Launch the new NCBA Now app

  • Select Activate

  • You will receive a temporary PIN via SMS on your phone

  • Enter your mobile number and the temporary PIN, then submit

  • You will receive an activation code via SMS which the app will auto-read, then submit

  • The Activation Code is valid for 24 hours

How do you register your device?

  • The App will prompt you to register your device

  • Select “PROCEED”

  • You will be directed to a confirmation page

  • You will receive a One Time Password, which will be auto-read by the App

  • Select “CONFIRM”

  • You will receive a confirmation that your device has been linked to your Account

What about a PIN Change?

  • The App will prompt you to create a New PIN

  • Create a 4-digit PIN

  • The app will prompt you to log in with your new PIN

  • Log in to the app by keying in your Mobile Number and new Pin

  • Under settings, you can set up Biometric Log-in using Fingerprints or face ID
