2. The fear of taking risks

Success comes with sacrifices and taking a risk is one of the major contributors of richness. For you to take a risk, you need to have what we may call a third eye. Having a third eye means that you are always in position to see beyond what everybody else is doing that this includes seeing opportunities that will enable you to invest in. Every investment is a risk and as the old business saying goes, invest and wait but do not wait and invest.

3. Lacking the saving culture

Developing a saving culture is the surest way of getting rich. Many people do not know how to save. They eat everything that they get and live every day as it comes. Many think that for you to save then you must be having a job, but no. anybody can save and saving is all about that little that you keep aside daily, weekly or monthly to help you at that time when your pockets will be having nothing at all.
