PSC Announces Job Vacancies, Deadline And How To Apply

The Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced six job vacancies in four public universities.

The job positions are available at Multimedia University, Kibabii University, Karatina University, and Egerton University according to the advertised statement. Maasai Mara and Kaimosi Friends University each have a single vacant position for the role of Vice-Chancellor

The PSC has advertised three positions: Vice Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic Affairs, Research, and Innovation), and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration, Finance, and Planning) at Multimedia University.

Additionally, at Kibabii University, they have offered a position for Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Planning, Partnership, Research, and Innovation). PSC also mentioned that there is one vacancy for a Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Planning, Finance, and Administration) at Karatina University, with the position being re-advertised.

Furthermore, the Commission advertised a position for Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration, Finance, and Planning) at Egerton University.

Kaimosi Friends University is actively seeking a Deputy Vice-Chancellor who will oversee administrative, financial, and development responsibilities.

Chuka University has two posts for deputy Vice Chancellors to work under; administration, finance, planning and development, and academic, research, and student affairs. Kibabii University is seeking to recruit a deputy Vice-Chancellor who will work under academics and Student Affairs.

The PSC urged interested and qualified individuals to submit their applications online through the commission’s website: www.publicservice.go.ke or the jobs portal: www.pscjobs.go.ke.

“The applications should reach the commission on or before November 16, 2023, no later than 5 pm East African time,” PSC stated in the advertisement.
