NCBA Bank Introduces Spending Tracking Tool For Businesses

NCBA Bank has introduced a spending tracking tool for Kenyan businesses to help them monitor their spending and grow their businesses. NCBA business customers will be able to monitor their spending using the new tool launched by the lender.

The unique solution, which is a partnership with Visa, is an online ‘spend and expense management platform’ that offers firms visibility and control over their expenses. This comes to help businesses grow as well as enhance financial inclusion.

According to NCBA, the tool can be customized as per the requirements, creating access at various levels and enabling stakeholders in the corporate world to access a relevant set of reports and data.

The expense management capability, the partners say, helps in digitizing the expense claim process, making it paperless with capabilities like OCR and receipt upload with multiple approval levels.

On her part, Visa Kenya Country Manager Eva Ngigi-Sarwari noted that the platform will help customers make informed decisions about the trajectory of their spending.
