Home Africa Emerges Top Gainer of the Day

The top gainer of the day at the NSE was Home Africa Limited which posted a positive deviation of 8.33 percent to close the day trading at 1.95 shillings per share. Fahari Income-REIT came in second with a 5.00 percent gain at a price of 21.00 shillings per share.

Other gainers of the day were E.A Cables Limited, Diamond Trust Bank Kenya Limited and Atlas Development & Support Services limited which posted 4.00, 3.27 and 3.23 percent respectively as shown below;

On the other hand, Sasini Tea and Coffee Limited emerged as the top loser of the day with a loss of 8.05 percent at a price of 20.00 shillings per share while Olympia Capital Holdings Limited posted a negative deviation of 6.98 percent at a price of 4.00 shillings per share.

Flame Tree Group Holdings Limited, Uchumi Supermarket Limited and Sameer Africa Limited were the other top loser with 5.41, 3.51 and 2.63 percent respectively as shown;

Safaricom Limited presented the most traded in shares of the day with a volume of 8.40 million and a market capital of 653.07 billion.
