The Acorn transaction was awarded the New Market Green Pioneer in the Climate Bonds Initiative 5th Green Bond Pioneer Awards. Additionally, Jubilee Holdings Limited appointed Stanbic Bank Kenya Limited to advise it on the sale of controlling stakes in five insurance subsidiaries operating in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Mauritius, and Burundi to one of the world’s leading integrated financial service groups – Allianz – as part of creating a strategic partnership in the region.
