MultiChoice Kenya Adds SuperSport 9 (SS9) on GOtv Plus

GOtv is excited to announce the addition of SuperSport 9 (SS9) which went live on GOtv Plus channel 35 yesterday.

SuperSport 9 is the primary channel for African Football and offers a selection of sports content that covers athletics, Extreme Fighting Championship (EFC), Boxing, NBA and much more.

The move to introduce the popular channel is part of GOtv’s continuous efforts to bring viewers an exciting variety of sporting content to subscribers across the content. GOtv boasts an eclectic mix of sporting channels which include SuperSport Select 1, SuperSport Select 2 and Blitz Sport.

This August, GOgetters on the GOtv Plus bouquet can look forward to incredible sporting action, starting this weekend.

All gloves are off on Friday 14 August; when Sijuta Promotions brings the WBA Bantamweight International Title Fight between Mzuvukile Magwaca (SA) and Jose Gonzalez (Mexico) at 20:00 EAT.

GOgetter will also score big with a thrilling line-up of local football leagues action on SS9.  Catch Zesco United take on Nkana live in the MTN Zambian Football League at 15:55 EAT on Saturday 15 August. The action continues at 6pm when Bayelsa goes head to head with Enyimba in the Nigerian GLO Premier League.

GOtv will expose viewers to the Spanish city of Cadiz at 22:55 EAT to catch the remaining two top teams dribble their way to win the coveted “Trophy of Trophies” (Ramon de Carranza trophy) at the 2015 Trofeo Carranza Final.

On Sunday, 16 August it’s back to Africa where viewers will be treated to back-to-back football with Zambia’s Power Dynamos taking on Nakambala Leopards while Nigeria’s Warri Wolvs will battle the Dolphins in the GLO Premier League.
